Before starting
Before beginning the training program, we recommend that you:
- perform the following checks to ensure that your computer is ready and equipped with the necessary plug-ins.
- perform this test on all the computers you will use to access the training session.
If you experience any difficulties during the online training session, ensure that you have the latest Java update (Java 1.6.x).
You may also experience difficulties if you use a browser other than Firefox, Internet Explorer or Safari.
